Since we started La Foia, one of the goals was to get more people to shop locally from an environmental perspective. Now it is more important than ever to support the local business community so that we can flourish again after the crisis and maintain a good service to all of us who lives in La Foia. But until we can open our companies again, we want to give you some tips during the quarantine. Take care of your health and protect others

The new coronavirus that causes Covid-19 spreads mainly when someone coughs or sneezes and spray small liquid droplets from their nose or mouth which may contain the virus. The virus can also spread from person to person via physical contact. You can decrease the risk by keeping your hands clean, avoiding touching your face and maintain social distancing. Wash your hands the right way

Make sure you and the people around you, follow good respiratory hygiene. This means covering your mouth and nose with your bent elbow or tissue when you cough or sneeze. Then dispose the used tissue immediately. Regularly and thoroughly clean your hands with soap and water to kill viruses that may be on your hands or use alcohol-based hand rub if you're on the go.
